Who Says Octoberfest is Only for October?

Celebrate Octoberfest all year round with this Hagenbutten & Sausage Casserole recipe!
Ingredients:
1 package of Aidell’s Garlic & Gruyere sausage
1 bag frozen pre-made hashbrowns
1 can sauerkraut, strained and dried
Grated Hagenbutten cheese
-Slice thinly or cube Aidell’s sausage.
-Cook hashbrowns as directed on package, leaving only slightly undercooked.
-Place a layer of  hashbrowns at the bottom of the casserole dish.  Follow with a layer of Hagenbutten cheese, the sausage, then sauerkraut.  Repeat layers until casserole dish reaches desired capacity.
-Top off with a final layer of Hagenbutten cheese.
-Bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes or until cooked throughout and cheese is melted.
Pair with your favorite beer and enjoy some Octoberfest this holiday season!
