Autumn Baked Brie

Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and this time of year always inspires me to play around with baked Brie recipes!  This one is on the sweeter side, and a delicious addition to your Thanksgiving table.

  • Brie (This recipe works with any size Brie, whether it be a whole round or slices)
  • Caramel sauce
  • Dried cranberries
  • Chopped pecans
  • Chopped walnuts
  • Dried apricots
  • Chopped almonds
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place Brie on oven-safe dish.   Drizzle with caramel sauce and top with dried fruits and chopped nuts.
  3. Bake until cheese is soft, 5 – 10 minutes.  Be sure to keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn!
  4. Serve with crusty bread.
