Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and this time of year always inspires me to play around with baked Brie recipes! This one is on the sweeter side, and a delicious addition to your Thanksgiving table.
- Brie (This recipe works with any size Brie, whether it be a whole round or slices)
- Caramel sauce
- Dried cranberries
- Chopped pecans
- Chopped walnuts
- Dried apricots
- Chopped almonds
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place Brie on oven-safe dish. Drizzle with caramel sauce and top with dried fruits and chopped nuts.
- Bake until cheese is soft, 5 – 10 minutes. Be sure to keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn!
- Serve with crusty bread.
