Karen’s Top 5 Cheeses for Your Burger

While we sell a variety of awesome cheeses, I like to keep it simple with my burgers.

  1. St Agur blue cheese – load this up with lots of bacon–yum!
  2. Cypress Grove Truffle Tremor – delicious goat cheese with bits of truffle give your burger a deep earthy flavor.
  3. Munchee – a sweet “American” cheese.
  4. Cheddar – We have so many different kinds that you can’t go wrong with any of them!
  5. Swiss – simple and sharp!
